My Saturn is gone

Last Weekend, May 19-20 to be exact, we went on the motorcycle to the mountains for our anniversary. Well on the way back Rose and Elle were going to stop and get gas because the car was on empty. She looked over at me on the motorcycle and told me she was turning to get gas and then she looked back up and there was a truck coming right at her. And this is what my car looks like now. The truck just got a flat tire and a ruined front bumper. When we moved the cars his truck was sitting on top of my car. Before i even had the motorcycle slid around Rose had Elle on the side of the road away from the car. They were alright and i am glad about that. Elle just woke up from her nap in an unexpected way. She was 5 weeks old when she got into her first car accident. The Saturn proved to be a very safe car. A friend of mine who had his first told me that these cars are basically a roll cage with plastic around the outside. And he proved to be right because the only thing that happened on the inside was that the airbags deployed.

This past week for mothers day Momma got some money to do a little shopping because she said she couldnt fit into any of her old clothes yet. And since our anniversary is a week after she got double the money. While she was out she had to pick up a few things for Elle. So she picked up some hairbows. She says they make her look cute.

Here is her pink one. With a shirt that says Perfect just like mommy.

Then she got the yellow one and she had to match her up with this outfit also.

On our anniversary weekend we went to the mountains with a few friends on motorcycles. Elle stayed with Omi and Opi. Momma was worried the whole time. So she didnt have too good of a time, but everyone else did. We only stayed gone overnight and then we came back.

This is a picture of mommy missing her baby on Bald Rock on the way up to Ceasers Head. We were about to get back on the bikes after this when someone down the street went airborn and we went to help them out but they were fine after they got up. It scared momma a little bit.
This is me and momma on top of Ceasers Head. She was a little happier when everyone was around. I guess because with everyone talking she wasnt worrying about Elle. Needless to say Elle was fine the whole time and she didnt get old enough while we were gone for Rose not to recognize her.

This is a picture of me when we got to the top of the mountain right before we got on the Blue Ridge Parkway. The mountains are fun especially on motorcycles, but Rose says she wont go back, she doesnt like the twisties, and she definately missed her daughter.

This is my family

Hello people, this is Elle, our first child. She was brought into this world on Wednesday April 11, 2007 at 2:00 PM. She weighed 7 lbs 6 oz and was 19.5 inches long. We left the hospital on Friday April 13. We tried to give natural birth but she didnt want to come out so we had to go through C-sctn. When we left the hospital she weighed 7 lbs 2 oz.

This is Elles family. We will start off with Mommy.

This is Rose, the lucky mother of this beautiful child, Who right now is starting to look like her mother.

This is Elles Great Grandma. Who we will call Nanny.

This is Mimi, but when Elle starts talking who knows im sure it will change.

We are going to start out with this being Papa, but then again Elle will decide what she will call him.

This is Aunt Kala.

This is Uncle Ricky.

Now this is daddys side of the family.

This is a proud father. Bryon, thats me.

This is Opi, but Elle might want to call him Popi. Who knows when Elle starts talking i might come back in here and rename everyone.

Daddy has two sisters but we dont have any pictures with them. Hopefully we can get some and put them on here too. They are Aunt Nicole and Aunt Shelley.
